Privacy information

This page explains the data flows in the Mirror experience in plain language.

Information used

Creating an account may require contact, profile, and birth details. When you use chat, relationship analysis, or memory features, the information you enter and generated content may be processed to provide those experiences and let you access your history.

Account, chat, and history information is stored in Supabase. When an AI response is requested, relevant chart context and chat content may be sent to OpenAI to generate that response.

Why it is used

  • Manage your account and preferences
  • Create birth-chart and relationship analyses
  • Continue your experience when chat and memory features are enabled
  • Respond to support requests

Device and service information

Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain your session and language choice. Opening the chat area before signing in may create an anonymous Welcomer session; it processes IP and browser-fingerprint summaries along with browser, language, and referrer information. The hosting provider's analytics tools may be used for visit and performance measurement. Some requests may use short-lived technical counters to help prevent abuse.

Your controls

From Profile, you can change contact preferences, turn off memory when it is available, and delete your account. Account deletion starts the removal or de-identification of personal Mirror data associated with your account. Account and history data are kept while your account is active to provide the related feature.
